Business Development Sales
Sell and negotiate at a transactional level and identify new opportunities outside the existing scope.
Clear focus on retention and minimizing churn and identify new opportunities outside the existing scope.
Analyse, sell, and negotiate tender based business.
Actively manage business development opportunities and sell to multiple levels/divisions.
Consultatively sell and negotiate at a strategic level, identify new opportunities outside the existing scope across multiple services
Relationship Management
Limited relationships with warehouse and appointment customer contacts
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with day-to-day contacts.
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
Establish and pro-actively maintain relationships with management level contacts.
Engage branch manager, sales, corporate leadership. Lead 3x3 relationship alignment.
Establish, own, and pro-actively maintain relationships with senior level contacts.
Lead 3x3 management relationship alignment.
Proactively influence branch network to improve quality of service and ops excellence.
Establish, own, and pro-actively maintain relationships with senior director level contacts.
Ops Excellence
Consistently execute business according to account SOP
Identify re-occurring operational process improvements, IT enhancements and communicate internally.
Executes customer workflows, preferences and SOPs and applies this knowledge to create efficient, cost-effective solutions for the customer.
Collaborate with team members to effectively standardize tasks.
Design and document new procedures. Implement, and train others.
Design and implement procedures for service, quality, and account management routines.
Ensure compliance across teams.
