Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team in Leighton Buzzard. You’ll be working on the exciting Thames Water framework, where your expertise will make a real impact!
Location & Hours
Location: Leighton Buzzard or Gerrards Cross - enjoy a blend of home and office working, with occasional travel to nearby sites.
Hours: 45 hours per week – we value flexibility, so let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role within our commercial team, helping to manage the financial aspects of our projects during the construction phase. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure effective contractual control and cost management across various sectors.
* Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project delivery.
* Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts, from procurement to final account negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
* A full driving license.
* Prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
* Familiarity with various contract forms.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
