About the Role
As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Kitchen Manager and leading a dynamic team of up to 15 talented individuals. Your mission? To ensure our guests leave with smiles on their faces, every single time!
In this exciting position, you will:
* Lead with Passion: Make guest satisfaction your top priority by keeping them at the heart of all operational decisions.
* Build a Winning Team: Engage in resource planning, recruitment, and selection to ensure we have the best team in place.

* Ensure Safety and Hygiene: Uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.
* Inspire Your Team: Be a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, ensuring training schedules and performance development plans are in place.
