We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and experienced Estate Agent to join our busy and highly successful branch in Southwick, West Sussex as a Sales Negotiator.
The successful applicant will be a great communicator and driven to succeed, with the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Utilising the latest technology, in brief, the role involves creating, arranging and attending viewings, applicant management and administration, negotiating offers and progressing sales to a successful completion.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have previous Estate Agency experience
2. Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
3. Book valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
4. Provide honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
5. Create media materials and release properties to the market
6. Register Applicants and attend viewings
7. Provide post viewing feedback to vendors
8. Progress sales through to a successful completion
9. Provide contributions for canvassing material & distribute
10. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
