This role sits within the Attributes Refinement Group, a critical function responsible for shaping the NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) performance and overall refinement of vehicles from concept through to customer delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles meet the highest standards for Squeak & Rattle (S&R) and Water & Air Ingress, directly impacting customer satisfaction and brand perception. The Role As a Vehicle Refinement Engineer, you will work across the full vehicle lifecycle - from early concept development through launch and into in-service performance.
