Key Responsibilities
* Fleet maintenance planning, administration and auditing of systems.
* Managing transport compliance system & processes.
* Manage compliance of driver’s hours and WTD for both ASW & Agency Staff.
* Completing weekly and monthly audits relating to transport compliance.
* Administration and record keeping of training requirements.
* Working alongside the Transport H&S Manager and Driver Trainers to update and maintain the DPRA system.
* Transport specific behavioural observations, including checking Drivers Walk‑around Checks and Gate Checks.
* Review & validate all training materials, ensuring ASW standards are maintained and training mitigates potential risks.
* Oversee weekly SOP reporting to ensure all team members have completed required training modules.
* Assist with ensuring that incident investigation packs are reviewed and dealt with in a timely manner, liaising with the relevant Team Leaders to ensure all information is captured.
* Holding investigation meetings & disciplinary hearings in relation to Transport H&S and Compliance incidents.
* Compile and send a weekly Transport Compliance report to senior stakeholders.
