About the Role
We’re looking for GenAI/Agentic Engineers who want to shape the future of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. In this position you will build and deploy intelligent systems that combine cutting‑edge models, agentic frameworks, and full‑stack engineering to solve real business problems. You’ll prototype rapidly, scale AI products into production, and use technology to make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy front‑end and back‑end components of applications within the data science and AI consulting team with a focus on GenAI and agentic solutions.
* Collaborate with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers, and business consultants to bring ideas to production.
* Design agentic workflows with HITL gates, auditability, policy controls, and robust evaluation/monitoring suitable for regulated clients.
* Translate business challenges into AI‑powered solutions, leveraging Generative and Agentic AI, data science, and analytics to deliver innovation and results that meet client standards.
* Work effectively in a team, supporting peers in delivering at pace and meeting high internal standards of output and delivery.
Additional Contributions
* Business Development – Build AI Demonstrators to showcase to potential clients, contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and client hosting at events.
* Internal Contribution – Develop campaigns, participate in internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offering development.
* Learning & Development – Receive training to support career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
Qualifications
* Experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting mindset, proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering solutions.
* Experience designing and developing full‑stack applications across the lifecycle, from PoC to MVP to secure and scalable production‑grade solutions.
* Proven track record of delivering solutions using traditional Machine Learning models, Generative AI models, and Agentic AI frameworks in a client‑facing environment.
* Experience building GenAI and Agentic solutions, including data engineering in cloud environments.
* Ability to demonstrate the potential of AI to unlock business value.
Technical Expertise
* Languages & Frameworks: Python (≥3.10), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), SQL, Bash.
* Frontend: React.js, Next.js (App Router & Server Components), Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI, Redux, Zustand, Jest, Cypress.
* Backend: Django (≥5.x), DRF, FastAPI, Pydantic, Celery, Django Channels, Flask, RESTful APIs.
* Databases & Storage: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Firestore, BigQuery, Azure Blob Storage.
* Cloud & DevOps: Azure (App Services, OpenAI, AKS), GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run), Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, RBAC and Cost Controls.
* Software Engineering: Clean Code (SOLID, DRY), DDD, modular architecture, TDD, code quality tools.
* AI Engineering (Desirable): RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP, LLM integration (OpenAI, Gemini, or other models from Huggingface), LangSmith, TruLens.
* Agentic Frameworks (Desirable): LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, OpenAI Agents, Google ADK.
