Our client is looking for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join its fast-paced operations team. Based in Burnley, youll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are managed efficiently and delivered on time from initial placement to final dispatch.

Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyse order updates using internal reports
Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
Track consignments and allocate goods accurately to orders
Troubleshoot undelivered or delayed shipments
Follow up on uncollected customer collections
Monitor and communicate order cut-off times
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related system issues
Prepare commercial invoices for international/export orders
Prioritise and escalate urgent or high-value orders
Assist in print scheduling and production planning
Contribute to business-wide continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience in order fulfilment, sales order processing, or operations administration
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Problem-solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Proficient in ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Excel
Comfortable analysing data and identifying process improvements
Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
