About You
* Proven experience in a marketing role at assistant, coordinator or executive level.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting ability.
* Confident producing content across multiple formats including social media, web, email, brochures and video.
* Knowledge of SEO principles and experience managing or updating website content.
* Familiar with digital marketing tools including social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Sprout Social).
* Comfortable supporting paid advertising campaigns and working with external agencies.
* Able to manage multiple projects with strong organisation, attention to detail and proactive planning.
* Analytical with the ability to interpret data, report performance and suggest improvements.
* A collaborative team player who can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ideally able to support photography and videography tasks for case studies and campaigns (training can be provided).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating engaging content for web, social media, email, brochures and campaigns tailored to B2C and B2B audiences.
* Drafting case studies, success stories and testimonials using a mix of copy, photography and video.
* Updating and optimising website content to improve SEO, user experience and relevance.
* Supporting lead generation through research, targeted outreach campaigns and coordinated marketing activity.
* Managing social media content scheduling and reporting, working closely with the wider team.
* Coordinating digital advertising activity in collaboration with agency partners.
* Planning and delivering marketing campaigns and community outreach events.
* Managing internal communications including intranet updates and company announcements.
Where You’ll Be Based
The office is based near to Halifax and likely requires a car for commuting purposes (unless living very locally) as there are no nearby train stations. The role will be best suited to those in Halifax, Huddersfield and surrounding M62 linked areas. Hybrid working will be available after probation, during which the role is fully office based. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative environment where personal development and delivering meaningful impact are key priorities.
