We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experiencedAssistant Site Managerto join their team on a mid-rise apartment project. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the internal works package, with a strong focus on the fit-out of communal areas, apartments, cycle stores, and associated spaces.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate internal works to ensure quality, programme, and safety standards are met.Manage subcontractors and trades across the fit-out stage of the project.Ensure compliance with all site health and safety requirements.Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging processes.Report progress to the Site Manager and project team.Requirements:Valid CSCS cardSMSTSFirst Aid at WorkProven experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a main contractor or developer on residential schemes.Strong track record managing internal fit-out packages.Contract Details:Duration: 6 monthsCompetitive day rate (depending on experience)Immediate start availableTPBN1_UKTJ
