The Role
As Registered Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day running of our new 4-bed trauma-informed children’s home in Pleasley. Your role will include:
* Leadership & Culture: Recruit, develop, and inspire a team committed to therapeutic care. Create a culture of empathy, accountability, and emotional resilience.
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure the home meets Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and all regulatory frameworks. Maintain a strong track record of compliance and continuous improvement.
* Child-Centred Outcomes: Drive care plans that prioritise stability, well-being, and long-term positive outcomes for children who have experienced trauma.
* Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively. Use data and reflective practice to improve performance and outcomes.
* Partnership Working: Collaborate with the Responsible Individual, local authorities, and external professionals to deliver integrated, high-quality care.
* Innovation & Development: Contribute to shaping Homes2Inspire’s future by embedding best practice and supporting service development.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Level 5 Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a children’s home
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Experience in CAMHS or mental health nursing
