Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months of right to work in the UK
* Experience working in a care home setting
* Willingness to work a 30‑hour week including alternative weekends
* Bank Care Assistant role covering a mix of day, night, weekday and weekend shifts
Responsibilities
* Provide companionship, support, communication and engagement
* Assist with personal care, including wash, bath, shower, dressing and oral care
* Prompt and administer medications and creams
* Support clients with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
* Perform light domestic cleaning tasks
* Assist clients with mobility to promote independence
* Organise and participate in social activities and trips out
