About the Role:
As a Care Professional, you will:
1. Provide personalised care, companionship, and household support to clients
2. Assist clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life at home
3. Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
4. Receive comprehensive introductions to clients before initial visits
5. Deliver exceptional, relationship-based care in line with our mission
6. Participate in ongoing training, including specialist dementia and end-of-life care courses
