German Speaking Travel Support (Hybrid)
Our client is one of the world’s largest online travel guidance companies, offering online hotel reservations, transportation bookings, travel experiences, and restaurant reservations.
They are seeking a German Speaking Travel Support Representative to work with customers, determine their needs, and advise them on destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

Responsibilities:
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Cancel and modify reservations via phone
* Communicate courteously and professionally via email, chat, and calls
* Record accurate booking information, customer inquiries, interactions, and actions taken in in-house software
Requirements and Skills:
* At least 1 year of relevant customer service, operations, or reservations experience
* Fluent in German and English
* Experience with applications like Salesforce, Zendesk, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
