What You’ll Do
• Own business development across the North East, from Leeds tothe Scottish borders.
• Develop and implement a commercialgrowth strategy to establish a new branch.
• Opportunity tomove into a Branch Manager role to build and grow your own team.
• Leverage robust operational support to focus on clientrelationships and new business.
• Deliver market-leadingcustomer satisfaction with best-in-class quote response times.
You Are
• An experienced freight forwardingprofessional with strong commercial instincts.
• Skilled innew business development, with a track record of building a strongportfolio.
• Ready to step into a leadership role and shapeyour own office.
• Client-focused, consultative, and motivatedby long-term success—not just transactions.
• Based in or nearthe North East region (Leeds to Scottish borders).
