With a strong presence in 90 countries and a diverse portfolio of over 80 trusted brands they are expanding fast through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
We’re currently looking for a Digital Content Lead to join their team in Maidenhead, working on one of their fastest-growing brands vitamin & mineral supplement brands. It is scaling across European markets—and your creative content leadership will be at the heart of that journey.
As Digital Content Lead, you will be responsible for shaping digital presence by leading full-funnel campaign creation, organic social strategy, content calendar development, email marketing, and SEO-driven content. You will manage and inspire the Digital Marketing Manager, who executes social calendars, email workflows, and SEO initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
This role requires a balance of creative vision, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen—ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building consumer-led content that drives measurable growth. You need to be strategic but also a doer, helping shape the creative content.
UK copywriting skills, strategic thinking, a sharp eye for detail and asset delivery experience all very key.
Scope of Work
1. Digital Full-Funnel Campaigns
* Lead ideation and execution of integrated campaigns across social media, blog, landing pages, email, and paid channels.
* Write creative briefs and collaborate with design/content teams to deliver high-quality assets.
* Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
2. Content & Asset generation
* Take ownership of all asset outputs, ensuring they are fully aligned with Visual Brand Language (VBL).
* Define and manage the scope of work for asset generation, coordinating with design and creative teams to deliver consistent, high-quality content across channels.
* Generate compelling native-English content (website copy, press releases, video scripts, email campaigns) and inspire creative collaboration across teams.
3. Organic Social Media Strategy
* Define brand's organic social strategy and oversee execution by the Digital Marketing Manager.
* Guide platform-specific approaches (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc).
* Monitor trends and ensure content resonates with target audiences.
4. Email Marketing
* Lead email marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
* Oversee segmentation, workflows, and campaign optimization executed by the Digital Marketing Manager.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and best practices
5. SEO Content
* Drive SEO-led content strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic.
* Oversee keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO fixes.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on execution and reporting.
Recruitment Criteria
* 7+ years of experience in digital content marketing, ideally within consumer goods/e-commerce.
* Strong background in full-funnel campaign development, organic social, email marketing, and SEO content.
* Native English with excellent writing and editing skills.
* Proven ability to bring creative ideas to life across visual, video, email, SEO copy, and social content.
* Strong knowledge of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest.
* Solid grasp of eCommerce performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CR, CTR).
* Experience working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality assets.
* Exceptional multi-task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative thinker with a passion for vitamins and supps and consumer wellness.
* Preferred: Understanding of brand management principles and content marketing strategies.
