This is an exciting apprenticeship opportunity within our marketing department to join our Product team based in our Head Office in Sunderland.
You will play a key role within the business ensuring that we have a competitive & value-for-money product mix that is effectively marketed across all advertising channels. If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Identifying and sourcing competitive long haul and short haul product for all marketing platforms to maximise sales across the group
2. Reporting and analysis of offer and campaign performance
3. Monitoring competitor activity
4. Identify product gaps and feedback findings to the relevant teams
5. Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, customers (internal & external), suppliers, and colleagues
6. Working within a team of vibrant marketers to ensure campaigns achieve deadlines and objectives
7. Additional ad-hoc duties

Technical Skills Required
16. Basic knowledge of computer systems Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to utilise its key functionalities

19. Web Navigation Skills
Qualifications/Experience required
20. English & Maths grade 4 or above
General
21. To be committed and dedicated to completing the customer service Apprenticeship programme within the 12 month timescale, attending all relevant training workshops
22. To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
23. To conform with all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety
24. To treat all employees, customer and suppliers with dignity and respect
