Main duties of the job
As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will:
* Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
* Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
* Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training

Job responsibilities
As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic with great communication skills. You will be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and bring relevant post-registration Scrub experience in a Theatre environment.

Qualifications
* Registration with the relevant governing body (NMC or HCPC) for Scrub/Theatre practitioners
* Post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment
Experience
* Experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment and a patient-focused approach to care
