We’re currently recruiting flexible and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support a specialist SEN secondary school in Nuneaton. These roles are for day‑to‑day cover, with the potential to develop into long‑term placements for the right candidates.
About the role
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of additional needs
2. Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour support and engagement in learning
3. Support withmunication, daily routines and classroom activities
4. Befortable providing personal care where required
5. Adapt confidently to different classes and learner needs
What we're looking for
6. Experience supporting young people with SEN (SEMH, ASD, ADHD, learning needs etc.)
7. A calm, patient and proactive approach
8. Strongmunication and relationship building skills
9. Someone reliable, flexible and confident working across different settings
10. A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their best
