Higher Level Teaching Assistant Bolton £1700 - £2000 - (potential salary depending on experience and/or qualifications and number of hours worked each week) September 26 – July 2027 The School and Role Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant that has the skills and capacity to support children in their core and foundation subjects. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning across the school. This will include delivering planned learning activities, supporting small groups and individuals, and occasionally leading whole-class sessions in the absence of the class teacher. A strong understanding of behaviour management, nurture and high expectations is essential. Requirements The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require; Education to Level 4 or above in a educational subject or an ECT who wishes to gain more experience will also be considered. Will have recent experience working in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 or primary education. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers. Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
