Job Description
* Handle escalated complaints from customers with professionalism and empathy.
* Investigate complex customer issues and provide timely, fair resolutions.
* Liaise with dealerships, technical teams, and other departments to resolve complaints effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
* Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and values.
* Monitor complaint trends to identify areas for service improvement.
* Deliver feedback and recommendations to internal teams based on customer insights.
* Work to service-level agreements while upholding high standards of customer care.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a complaints handling or customer service role is essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
* Confident managing difficult conversations with empathy and resilience.
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Able to work under pressure and prioritise a varied workload effectively.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional service and brand loyalty.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced using CRM systems.
* A genuine interest in the automotive sector or premium consumer brands is desirable.
You will be available to work one weekend in about 6.
