This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional to lead a team, inspire good practice, and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-2. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the daily running of the nursery/room, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with policies and Ofsted requirements. Provide guidance, supervision and mentoring to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. Plan, deliver and oversee high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS. Monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate records and working closely with parents and carers. Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Support with staff training, appraisals and development. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent). Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally with some supervisory/leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
