Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Early Careers Specialist to join our dynamic team. Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, you will manage early careers activities such as internships, work experiences, and graduate programs, working closely with the Head of Early Careers to support our global efforts.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead early careers hiring strategies across global markets and programs
* Design and deliver inclusive, impactful recruitment processes from job posting to offers
* Create compelling attraction campaigns targeting diverse, high-potential early talent
* Proactively source talented candidates using innovative methods and industry trends
* Conduct candidate assessments and interviews focusing on skills, potential, and cultural fit
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience through collaboration with stakeholders and the People Team
* Engage externally with EVP channels like LinkedIn
* Plan and organize early career communications, events, and workshops aligned with company values
* Maintain partnerships with universities and external stakeholders to increase awareness and engagement
* Provide administrative support for early careers campaigns and activities
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in delivering global early careers recruitment and development programs, preferably in the software industry
* Strong understanding of global early talent market trends in hiring and development
* Genuine passion for early careers talent development and promoting diversity and inclusion
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at all organizational levels
* Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and HR systems, with quick adaptability to new technologies
