We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Newtownards. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Key Responsibilities:
There is one AO post based in Newtownards Court Office which provides administrative support to criminal, family and civil court business. Duties are dependent on the team to which the post holder is assigned, however they typically include the following:
1. General office duties
2. Processing cases on to ICOS (Integrated Court Operations System)
3. Use of IT systems
4. Dealing with general telephone queries
5. Dealing with members of the public & legal profession within the court environment
6. Preparing documentation & files for court
7. Records Management
8. Ensuring that all information is managed securely in accordance with the appropriate policies
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
9. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
10. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
11. Excellent communication skills.
A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
