This is a senior‑level opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a respected litigation team in Glasgow. The role offers the chance to work on complex, high value matters across property litigation, commercial disputes and professional negligence. With a view to long‑term team development, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.
Role Requirements
* 6+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution
* Skilled in managing complex litigation, including property and commercial disputes
* Experience acting for both pursuers (primarily through insurers) and defenders
Responsibilities
* Lead on complex cases and contribute to the strategic direction of the team
* Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues
* Help develop the firm’slitigation offering

* Excellent advocacy and client communication
* Commercially aware with the ability to manage competing priorities
