Marketing Manager, Europe
Salary: £35,200 – £45,700 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Cambridge)
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week
Join us as a Marketing Manager, Europe, supporting our team in creating and delivering marketing communications to a range of stakeholders across the region.

About the Role
* Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager and Central Marketing teams to implement integrated marketing plans across digital, print, PR, and events.
* Lead and manage multi‑channel campaigns: oversee data, collateral, execution, lead generation, and performance tracking.
* Analyse campaign results and provide strategic recommendations to improve effectiveness, present insights in reports and presentations.
* Drive event marketing and engagement activities (e.g. competitions), define KPIs, measure ROI, and represent marketing at key events across Europe.
* Oversee Europe‑specific marketing materials, including updates to printed collateral and coordination of translations.
* Support EU marketing budget administration by managing invoices and reporting on activity‑level expenditure.
* Provide strategic marketing support to Cambridge International schools and distributors to grow programme and qualification uptake.
* Ensure brand integrity by monitoring and addressing any misuse of our logo across the region.
* Lead marketing communications for special projects, such as the annual science competition.
About You
You hold a degree in Marketing or a related field (e.g. PR, Business), and ideally have experience in the education sector. You bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and emotional resilience to lead impactful marketing initiatives across Europe.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strategic Planning: Ability to align marketing strategies with regional goals and manage long‑term projects and stakeholder relationships.
* Digital Marketing & Analytics: Proficient in SEO, PPC, email, social media, and web; skilled in tools like Google Analytics.
* Content & Storytelling: Strong editorial and copywriting skills; experienced in creating engaging content across formats and audiences.
* Communication & Relationships: Excellent English communication skills (other European languages desirable); confident presenter and relationship builder across cultures.
* Project & Event Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and event promotions independently as part of an international team.
* Creativity & Problem‑Solving: Innovative thinker with a flexible approach to evolving trends and challenges in education marketing.
* Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Monday.com, SAP, Zoom, and digital tools supporting campaign execution and performance tracking.
