Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the knowledge management and innovation strategy for the Real Estate practice.
• Build, maintain and enhance precedents, know-how resources and knowledge systems.
• Evaluate, implement and promote the use of AI and legal technology across the practice.
• Produce legal updates, client briefings, thought leadership and training materials while monitoring legal and market developments.
• Deliver internal training, support knowledge sharing and collaborate with partners on best practice initiatives.
• Improve workflows, streamline transaction processes and support business development through high-quality knowledge resources and client-facing materials.

This opportunity would suit an experienced PSL/Knowledge Lawyer or a senior Corporate Real Estate fee earner looking to transition into a strategic knowledge and innovation role. Candidates should have strong experience within Corporate Real Estate, together with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A genuine enthusiasm for AI, legal technology and innovation is essential, alongside the intellectual curiosity and creativity to identify new ways of enhancing knowledge management and supporting legal practice.
