Our client, Brent Council, is seeking agency workers for its Hospital Discharge service. Please see details below and get in touch asap to discuss further.
Deputy Team Manager - £40 per hour
* Supervising staff
* Allocating work
* Must have experience in acute hospital environments
* Must have 2 years’ experience managing and supervising staff
Social Workers - £32 per hour
* These positions are based within the Hospital Discharge Team, covering a range of in-borough and out-of-borough hospital locations.
* We require candidates who have direct experience in statutory settings within acute hospital environments.
* Expert knowledge of relevant social care legislation and policies is essential, alongside experience with risk assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, NHS continuing care, Court of Protection work, and managing complex situations.
Advanced Practitioner - £36 per hour
* As above but with more complex / senior responsibilities

Requirements of the role:
* Qualified Social Worker
* Fully Social Work England registered
* DTM role requires min. 2 years’ management experience + hospital experience
* AP / Social Work roles require hospital specific experience and significant post-qualified experience
* Experience with risk assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, CHC, Court of Protection work, and managing complex situations
