JOB SUMMARY
The Hotel Bars Assistant Manager is responsible for all Food and Beverage operations within the two Bars at the Hotel. This includes influencing Bar operations across other Food & Beverage functions such as the Hotel Restaurant, Room Service, and Banqueting.
The role reports to the Bars Manager and requires close collaboration with the Hotel Management Team.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams in Hotel Food and Beverage operations, possess a hands-on approach, be a strategic thinker, and have a passion for Food & Beverage excellence.
Key duties include overseeing guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining health and safety standards, meeting financial targets, and ensuring compliance with Food & Beverage laws and regulations. The role also involves developing business plans for Hotel Food and Beverage.
