About the Role: As a Lunchtime Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and well-supervised lunch break. Your responsibilities will include supervising children in the dining hall and playground, assisting with meal service, and promoting positive behaviour during the lunch period. Key Responsibilities: Supervising children during their lunchtime in the dining hall and outdoor areas Assisting children with their meals as needed Promoting positive behaviour and social interaction among pupils Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children during lunch Supporting children with special educational or behavioural needs if required Maintaining a clean and safe environment during the lunch period Reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate staff Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential Friendly, approachable, and confident in managing children Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work as part of a team and independently when needed Reliable, punctual, and caring Right to work in the UK What We Offer: Monarch Education are proud to be a leading recruitment specialist in the Education industry.
