Purpose of the job:
To support Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth Proposition by delivering first-class support to Private Wealth Partners and their clients, enabling Partners to focus on client relationships and business development.
Job summary and Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality administrative support to Partners and their clients alongside a Client Experience Executive (CEE).
2. Report directly to a Client Experience Team Leader.
3. Manage workload effectively, including data entry, requesting and following up on client and policy information, to support Partners in managing investments, pensions, and protection policies.
4. Follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver personalized, high-quality service.
5. Ensure workflow is understood and tasks are tracked, allowing internal review of client statuses.
6. Gather documentation and submit new business for compliance approval and quality assessment.
7. Support the Client Experience Team Leader and relevant Partners/CEEs with daily tasks.
8. Prepare personalized client packs for meetings.
9. Obtain information on clients’ existing financial arrangements from providers.
10. Input client data into the back-office system, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
11. Maintain client file compliance and accuracy.
12. Scan and archive client files securely.
13. Undertake additional duties as appropriate to your skills and role.
