Director of Integration

Role Summary

The Director of Integration is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining and executing PathHub’s integration strategy across enterprise healthcare environments. This role designs, builds and governs integrations between PathHub and external systems, with a primary focus on LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems).

Combining deep hands-on software development with healthcare interoperability expertise, the Director of Integration owns the full integration ecosystem - from architectural strategy and standards through delivery, reliability, scalability and long-term evolution.

While serving as the technical authority for interoperability, this role remains an active developer across Mirth Connect (JavaScript), Python and C#/.NET.

The position is critical to enabling seamless clinical workflows, accelerating customer onboarding, supporting enterprise growth and ensuring PathHub’s interoperability platform scales reliably.

This is a permanent senior leadership role offering high autonomy, flexible remote working and responsibility for building and managing PathHub’s integration function as the platform scales.

About PathHub and This Opportunity

PathHub is a rapidly growing digital pathology and laboratory interoperability platform designed to modernise diagnostic workflows across healthcare systems. By connecting laboratories, clinicians, scanners, LIMS and enterprise hospital infrastructure, PathHub enables seamless case management, secure image access, and scalable clinical reporting across both NHS and private environments.

As PathHub expands into larger enterprise deployments and supports an increasing number of customer integrations, the need for robust, high-quality interoperability has become critical.
