I’m currently working with a well-established developer who is looking to appoint a Technical Manager to support the delivery of high-quality residential developments across London.

🔹 The Role:
You’ll take ownership of the technical function across projects, ensuring design is coordinated, compliant, and delivered efficiently from pre-construction through to completion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the design and technical coordination of residential schemes
* Overseeing consultants and ensuring information is delivered on programme
* Driving design solutions that are buildable, compliant, and cost-effective
* Managing planning conditions, building regulations, and approvals
* Supporting site teams through delivery and resolving technical issues
🔹 What they’re looking for:
* Experience as a Technical Manager / Senior Technical Coordinator within residential development
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning process
* Experience managing consultants and design teams
* Ability to work across multiple projects and stages
