My client, a leading independent and specialist referral centre in Lincolnshire, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Intern to join their growing team. About the Practice: This independent referral centre offers a growing range of services, including full-time neurology, orthopaedics, and soft tissue surgery, with plans to expand further. You’ll be joining a passionate, tight-knit team dedicated to the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with clinical examinations, surgical and diagnostic procedures Providing in-patient care including monitoring vitals and administering treatments Participating in clinical research and contributing to ongoing medical advancements Engaging in medical imaging tasks (X-rays, CT scans, etc.) Collaborating closely with the team to develop and implement treatment plans Who We’re Looking For: A qualified Veterinary Surgeon Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, proactive, and eager to learn Previous experience in small animal practice is desirable, but not essential A genuine passion for advancing animal health and welfare Whether you're just graduating or bringing a few years of experience, if you’re looking to explore referral medicine, this internship could be the perfect stepping stone.
