We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team, initially on a 12 months FTC. This HR Advisor / People Advisor / HR Officer role will provide high-quality advice and guidance to managers across a multi-site organisation.
About the roleYou’ll play a key role in delivering a proactive HR service, supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations matters while ensuringpliance with employment law and best practice. You’ll also help drive efficient recruitment processes and contribute to HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide advice on employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, etc.)
2. Support end-to-end recruitment and selection activity
3. Guide managers on policies, procedures, and employment law
4. Support absence management and Occupational Health processes
5. Contribute to HR projects and policy development
6. Maintain accurate employee records and reporting
About you
7. Experience in a People/HR Advisor/Officer/ Coordinator role
8. Strong knowledge of UK employment law
9. Confident supporting managers with ER matters
10. Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
11. Strongmunication and stakeholder skills
12. CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience), with further study desirable
