I am delighted to be partnering with a growing, VC backed start up seeking an Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join the team in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, transforming financial data into actionable insights that will drive decision-making across the business.
As FP&A Manager, you'll play a key role in providing commercial information across the business, partnering with stakeholders at all levels and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analysing key performance metrics to drive decision making
* Business partnering with non-finance teams to explain performance and budget variances
* Supporting monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles
* Monitoring industry trends and communicating relevant insights
* Reviewing financial statements and advising on reporting compliance
* Playing an active role in the month-end close
* Driving continuous improvements
* Supporting audit preparation
You have:
* Accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Prior working experience in FP&A, accounting, audit, or financial analysis
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Advanced Excel modelling skills
Please note, this role is hybrid with 2-3 days a week required in the office.
