Are you a graduate passionate about education and making a difference in children's lives? We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our schools in the Haywards Heath area, supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
About the Role: You will work alongside teachers to support children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, SEMH, and behavioural challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in primary education, develop key skills, and contribute to creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with special educational needs in the classroom.
* Assist with behaviour management and social-emotional development.
* Help implement personalised learning strategies.
* Monitor pupil progress and support teaching staff in delivering effective learning.
We're Looking For:
* Graduates with an interest in education and child development.
* Experience or understanding of SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Global Delay, or behavioural support is highly desirable.
* Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Team players who are flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive.
