Your new role
Birmingham City Council is looking for a compassionate, proactive, and community-focused Sheltered Housing Support Officer to join their Housing team. You'll play a vital role in supporting older and vulnerable residents to live independently, safely, and confidently within our sheltered housing schemes.This is a rewarding frontline role where no two days are the same. You'll build positive relationships with residents, co-ordinate support, and ensure our schemes are welcoming, safe, and well-managed. The key responsibilities of this role include:
