Job Title: Junior MEP Revit Technician
Location: Aldgate, London (Hybrid - 2/3 days working from home)
A rapidly growing building services consultancy in Central London is looking to hire a Junior MEP Revit Technician to join its expanding technical team. Based in Aldgate, the practice offers a hybrid working model, typically with 2-3 days working from home, alongside a collaborative office environment.
Formed by three former directors from AECOM, the consultancy was established with the ambition to deliver high-quality, technically driven building services design across a wide range of sectors. In just four years, the business has grown to 40+ employees, making it one of London's fastest-growing consultancies in the building services space.
The team works on a diverse portfolio of projects including residential developments, commercial buildings, airports, and data centres, providing strong exposure for someone early in their career who is keen to develop technically and gain experience across multiple sectors.
The Role
The successful candidate will play an active role in the production and coordination of MEP Revit models, supporting engineers and senior technicians on live projects. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who wants to build strong BIM and modelling skills within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Producing MEP models and drawings in Revit in line with project standards
Assisting with coordination of building services models with other disciplines
Supporting engineers with design documentation and drawing production
Working within a BIM-led project environment across multiple sectors
Contributing to the continuous improvement of BIM standards and workflows
Requirements
Experience using Autodesk Revit (MEP preferred)
A relevant qualification in building services, BIM, or engineering design
A strong interest in MEP modelling and BIM coordination
Good communication and teamwork skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop within a growing consultancy
