Head of Property - Hertfordshire. This niche commercial firm seeks a Head of Property. Based in Hertfordshire, you will lead and oversee the property team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the property practice and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the property team, providing guidance, support and mentorship to team members
* Review and oversee complex property transactions
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality legal services in residential property law
* Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and success of the property practice
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Stay updated on changes in property law, regulations, and market trends, and ensure compliance with legal standards
* Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure a seamless delivery of legal services
* Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including business development and marketing
About you
* 6+ years of experience in residential property law
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Experience of supervising staff or contributing to the growth of a department
* Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment
