The Role We are looking for an Account Manager to be the champion of delivering great work (at pace), on time and on budget for one of our biggest clients. Clients will view you as someone they inherently trust, who meets their expectations and with whom they can have an honest dialogue about making the work better. Your wider agency team will view you as a go-getter, who keeps everyone on track and communicates brilliantly whilst striving for the best creative product that the agency can produce. The role will report into an Account Director / Client Lead and will work closely with strategy, project management and creative teams to help deliver projects. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the campaigns, from briefing and creative development to delivery. The fast-paced nature of the account will suit someone who is proactive, an excellent communicator and enjoys working part of a team. Experience in CRM / customer marketing is a benefit. Responsibilities Supporting the Account Director / Client Lead on all day-to-day projects - be the client's first port of call Working closely with project management to deliver campaigns on time and on budget Have complete understanding of project timings and next steps Checking all work against feedback before resupplying to the client and delivering quality control across the board to ensure work is on brand Keeping clients updated on the progress of projects, working with the AD to do this Managing project estimates, client POs all the way to reconciliation and filing approvals, working with an AD to do this Working with planning on research & competitor evaluations Update the status document on a daily basis and lead client status calls Handle assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner Review competitor CRM activity and report back to the team on an ongoing basis Measure, report on market performance and highlight best practice The successful candidate will: Ideally have experience at an integrated agency.
