An experienced Quantity Surveyor is sought to join the team at their North East office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering affordable homes and contributing to the continued success of a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.
2. Build and maintain relationships with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and sub-contractors.
3. Assist in land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.
4. Ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.
What They’re Looking For:
5. Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally in new homes.
6. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
7. A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
8. Full UK driving license and flexible attitude to business needs.
