The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the BN6 area OF Hasock. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team.
Hours:Monday to Friday, weekends available - 1am-10am

The role:
1. Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations.
2. Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process.
3. Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
5. Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.
6. Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation.
