The ideal person will have/ be:
1. At least 1 year’s relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
2. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
4. Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form.
5. Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
6. At times, there may be a requirement to cover our Mallusk dealership.
Desirable:
7. Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage.
8. 2 + years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
9. Barista trained would be an advantage.
