IT Support Technician
Whole Year, Part Time working 30 hours per week
Fixed Term initial for duration of Apprenticeship. On successful completion, transition to permanent role
School term time only, plus 4 weeks
School holidays: 4 weeks plus bank holidays
Salary: National Apprenticeship Wage: £7.55 per hour during Apprenticeship phase
Upon completion of qualification, salary will be Grade 4: (SCP5-6) £25,583 to £25,989 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £20,743 to £21,072 per annum

You will be learning via an Apprenticeship, and upon completion of your qualification, your professional development will be reviewed with further opportunities to enhance your knowledge.
The successful candidate will also contribute to important Trust IT projects and do work shadowing with colleagues, so you get real experience and insight to develop your skills. You will need to be confident in using the telephone and have good written communication skills to respond to problems.
