Location: Birmingham B44
Contract: Full-time, 8:30am–3:30pm
Pay: £89 - £110 per day

Do you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Are you committed to helping young people develop confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

As a SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in helping students overcome challenges and thrive both academically and personally. Every day, you’ll have the chance to make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

Your Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to pupils with SEN

* Support students in developing positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills

* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent, holistic support

* Monitor and celebrate each student’s progress and achievements

About You:

* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in schools, youth work, or similar settings)

* Patient, empathetic, and skilled in behaviour management techniques

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
