We’re an established recruitment business covering Staffordshire, mainly industrial with some commercial clients.
We’ve got an existing desk with live clients and temps out, but it needs someone experienced to take control of it, build on what’s there and push it forward.
This role is suited to someone with around 4–5 years’ agency experience who is comfortable dealing with clients, running their own desk and getting involved in the day-to-day when needed.
Key responsibilities:

Managing and developing existing client relationships

Attending client meetings and growing accounts
*
Supporting with filling bookings and maintaining service levels
*
Identifying new opportunities through existing relationships
*
Overseeing day-to-day desk activity
*
Supporting more junior staff where needed
*
Ensuring compliance across placements
Requirements:
*
4–5 years’ recruitment agency experience
*
Confident dealing with clients face-to-face
*
Able to manage your own workload and take ownership of a desk
*
Willing to stay hands-on with delivery when needed
