We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Supervisor to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our dining area operates smoothly, maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality while leading a team of staff.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the dining room, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
* Train and supervise dining room staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and excellence.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
* A background in hospitality will be advantageous.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
