Sales Director - Power Desk London or remote We're currently seeking a Sales Director with a focus on our power desk solution for the energy market. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role will be the dedicated Sales Director for power desk, generating new business for Brady and securing new revenue streams from targeting new logo sales. Key Accountabilities: Generate new business opportunities/new logo sales through sales activities Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets Work closely with team members across the business where appropriate to facilitate successful acceleration of opportunities towards closure Work with Marketing and BDR's to qualify MQL's into SQL's Organise sales visits, including the presentation of Brady and related product solutions Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings Provide timely feedback to Product teams on functional product gaps Engage in running sales campaigns Act as primary escalation point for sales prospects Manage commercial negotiations for new sales opportunities Run bid reviews in line with Brady procedures Manage handover of customers post sale to Brady organisation Maintaining accurate records, update SalesForce for pipeline visibility Supply quality data for management reporting of sales activities Provide guidance to and assist in the development of more junior members of the team Key Skills/Experience: Proven sales background including consultative/solution selling. German language Broad exposure to Energy / Commodities businesses. Strong understanding of Energy / Commodities market drivers. Experienced in selling complex software and services. Understanding of KPIs and their place within a sales environment. Managing sales processes and compiling written and verbal responses. Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools. Experience of delivering customer focused solutions. Structured approach towards managing sales in line with Brady procedures. Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor approach to audience. Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills. Strong logical skillset for mapping requirements against Brady solutions. Ability to prioritise customer requirements and recognise strategic advantage. Responsive to sales prospects, ability to execute and generate confidence. Business oriented, strict focus on capturing revenue generating opportunities. Strong customer facing presence at all organisational levels. Passion for working collaboratively and sharing.
