Job Description:
Due to expansion, we are looking for a competent and skilled Sub Contractor builder for a leading conservatory and single-storey extension building company based in Bradford, Yorkshire.
As a Builder, you will be responsible for digging foundations, laying concrete bases and building dwarf walls and full-height walls for conservatories and extensions. Previous building experience is essential.
Works will be carried out across Yorkshire therefore, must have a current full UK driving licence and own van will be required.

Skills and Experience
· Self employed
· Previous experience in Groundworks and laying foundations
· Setting out buildings
· Able to build up to floor level and lay concrete floors
· Experience in Brickwork, Blockwork, Stonework, Lintels and Pointing
· Experience in creating new openings in buildings including propping the existing structure and lintels
· Reinstating block paving and flags
· Flagging
· Ability to use power tools including grinders, stihl saws and breakers
· Able to install stone heads, jambs and mullions
· Cavity trays and DPC work
